Payments

Recurring monthly services continue until canceled in writing by either party with at least 14 days' notice. Deposits and upfront payments are non-refundable once work has begun unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely access to necessary materials, accounts, content, and feedback required to complete a project. Delays caused by a client's failure to provide such items may extend project timelines and are not the responsibility of LM Digital Scaling.
